  ⏰ LATE POLICY

• There is a 15 Minute Grace Window before automatic cancellation/forfeit (To rebook a cancelled/ forfeited appointment is an additional $75 Fee)

  NO-SHOW / SAME DAY CANCEL POLICY

  • No call / no show = 100% of service charged

  • Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited

  • Repeat offenders = blocked from booking again

  HYGIENE & PREP

• Clients must arrive:

  • Showered

  • Free of lotions, oils, or creams (unless instructed)

• Post-op clients must follow ALL aftercare instructions

• Aftercare is mandatory (water, compression, lifestyle)

• This is NOT a one-session fix 4-6 sessions highly recommended 

• No extra guests allowed unless approved

• Serious Clients Only 

 REFUND POLICY

• NO REFUNDS on services already rendered

• Packages are non-refundable

PACKAGE RULES

• Expiration date (ex: 30–60-90 days)

• Apple Pay, Cash App or Cash NO CARDS

• Non-transferable

• Must be used consistently for best results

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

• Kakes Contours can refuse service if a client:

  • Is disrespectful

  • Shows up under the influence

  • Violates policies

On-Call & Client Support

Our clinic operates by appointment only. While we do not provide emergency medical services, clients may contact the clinic during business hours for scheduling, post-session questions, and general support related to their care plan.

Clients experiencing medical emergencies or urgent post-surgical complications are instructed to contact their surgeon, primary care provider, or emergency services immediately.
